Commercial Solutions

Wall Mounted Split System

A wall-mounted split air-conditioning system comprises of an indoor wall mounted unit and an outside condensing unit, both mounted on either side of a wall, with piping and interlink cabling connecting the two. The positioning of the two components can be adapted to suit the design of a specific room/ space. Wall-mounted split systems are among the most common of all air conditioner types used for residential applications. They’re ideal for providing efficient cooling or heating with minimal operating noise and provide users with a high degree of control over temperature settings.

Ceiling Cassette Split System

Ceiling cassette air-conditioning systems comprise of an indoor ceiling mounted unit and an outside condensing unit with piping and interlink cabling connecting the two. These systems are ideal for cooling and heating larger residential and commercial spaces. The biggest advantage of this type of unit is aesthetics, as the bulk of the unit is unseen as it is above the ceiling. The units can be ceiling-mounted, or even suspended, in narrow or confined spaces, where it wouldn’t be possible to install a split or ducted system.

Because the air in these units are distributed in four directions, a central mounted unit can deliver an increased cooling (or heating) capacity across a wide area – one ceiling cassette air conditioner could do the same job as three or four wall units.

Hideaway Ducted Split System

Ducted air conditioning provides unobtrusive cooling and heating for homes and buildings of almost any size, from a small two-bedroom apartment to a vast multi-storey complex. This style of air conditioning is popular due to features such as its super quiet operation (you barely notice it’s on) and its gentle distribution of air, as well as the fact that it provides a whole home climate control solution in one compact unit.

Free Joint Multi (FJM) Split System

The Free joint multi (FJM) residential and light commercial system offers four different outdoor sizes (60 000 BTU Max) and various indoor applications of mid wall, flush ceiling and in ceiling devices to choose from. If faced with minimal installation space or just looking to preserve the exterior look of your home, it's a flexible option for homes or offices with many rooms.

The added capability of WIFI can be attached to the system so that you are able to power any area from anywhere in the world while not being in the same room. Through the SmartThings app, you can operate your unit from almost anywhere, at any time.

The Free Joint Multi (FJM) system allows you to set the temperature of individual rooms/zones to avoid conditioning rooms that are not being used to reduce power consumption.
